Having spent 15 years in New Zealand’s construction and quality engineering sector, Gagandeep honed a deep understanding of international standards, sustainable practices, and performance-driven project management.

His UK-certified Project Management qualification further strengthens his technical and leadership credentials, equipping him to deliver precision, efficiency, and excellence in every initiative.

Upon returning to India, Gagandeep channelled his global experience into building a strong presence in the real estate and infrastructure sector, blending world-class methodologies with local insight.

A graduate in Construction Economics from Auckland, New Zealand, Damanndeep brings a rare blend of international expertise and homegrown understanding to the business. Her professional journey includes working with some of the largest and most respected construction firms in New Zealand, including Naylor Love, where she gained first-hand experience in global construction standards, sustainable practices, and project management excellence.

Rooted in a family legacy of real estate and infrastructure in India, Damanndeep combines the best of both worlds — the precision and professionalism of global markets with the insight and empathy that come from understanding the Indian real estate landscape at its core.
